In March 2014, another class-action lawsuit was filed against Riddell, Inc. alleging that the company misleadingly markets its Revolution football helmet. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the company represents that its helmet will reduce concussions by 31% when, in reality, the helmets do not perform as promised, and that Riddell does not have scientific evidence to support such claims. Riddell, Inc., All American Sports Corporation d/b/a Riddell/All American, Riddell Sports Group, Easton-Bell Sports, Inc., Easton-Bell Sports, Inc., Easton-Bell Sports, LLC, EB Sports Corporation, and RBG Holdings Corporation, Case No. 14-cv-01846, N.
