Purina’s Beneful Dog Food Products

April 2015: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled., the reasons for which have not been disclosed.

February 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Nestle Purina PetCare Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing Beneful dog food – including Beneful Healthy Growth for Puppies, Beneful Healthy Radiance, Beneful Healthy Fiesta, and Beneful Playful Life – as healthy and nutritious for dogs when, in reality, it contains dangerous ingredients and many dogs suffered serious injury and death after eating it. (Malcolm et al v. Nestle Purina PetCare Company, Case No. 15-cv-10598, D. MA.).
