(a company that manufactures and markets vaporizers for cannabis concentrates and other smoking materials) for allegedly misleadingly representing that its PUFFCO PEAK vaporizers are reliable when, according to plaintiffs, the batteries do not charge properly and the atomizers do not heat properly due to defects.
