Promotional Gift Cards from Sleepy’s
In November 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Sleepy’s and Capitol Marketing Concepts for allegedly deceiving consumers by offering promotional gift cards with the purchase of certain products without disclosing the conditions, limitations, and restrictions on the gift cards. (Khun et al v. Sleepy’s LLC et al, Case No. 16-3409C, Massachusetts Superior Court – Suffolk County)
