Recyclable claims for products that aren’t actually being recycled need to stop.
In early 2012, a class action was filed asserting that Brain Research Labs falsely marketed Procera AVH as improving brain function. Procera AVH was primarily sold through direct marketing channels. (O’Brien, et al. v. Brain Research Labs, LLC, Case No. 2:12-cv-00204-FSH-PS, D.C.NJ.)
