Prices of Rooms at Hyatt Hotels

In July 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Hyatt Hotels for allegedly misleadingly advertising prices of hotel rooms to make consumers believe the rooms are cheaper than they actually are. According to the complaint, the hotels advertise prices for rooms that do not include the resort fees charged. (Brower et al v. Hyatt Hotels Corp., Case No. 19-cv-4724, N. D. IL.)
