November 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Snack Factory, LLC in November 2014 (and amended in April 2015) for allegedly falsely marketing Pretzel Crisps as “all natural” when, according to plaintiffs, they actually contain unnatural, synthetic, and artificial ingredients. (Seidman et al v. Snack Factory, LLC, Case No. 14-cv-62547, S. D. FL.).
