In March 2014, a federal judge granted POM Wonderful LLC’s motion to decertify the class in a lawsuit. The complaint alleges that, among other things, the company falsely and misleadingly marketed its juices as providing various health benefits when, in reality, the juices do not work as advertised. The judge decertified the class finding that, among other things, the class was unascertainable because there was no reliable way to determine who purchased the products or when they purchased the products.
