
TINA.org Joins Over 300 Orgs. in Letter Urging Congress to Support Financial Watchdog
Legislators should protect the work of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
In January 2014 a federal judge preliminarily approved a settlement to a class-action lawsuit against Telebrands for, among other things, allegedly misleadingly labeling and advertising the Pocket Hose.
