
Workado Settles FTC Complaint Challenging AI Detection Claims
FTC alleged company vastly overstated the accuracy of its AI Content Detector tool.
In February 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Peet’s Coffee & Tea for allegedly deceiving consumers by failing to adequately disclose the terms of subscriptions for its coffee and tea and charging consumers for automatic renewals without their consent.
