
Pampa Extra Virgin Olive Oils
In August 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Transnational Foods for allegedly falsely labeling Pampa Olive Oils as being “Extra Virgin” when, according to plaintiffs, scientific testing shows that the olive oil is not “extra virgin.” (Young et al v. Transnational Foods, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-4651, N.D. Cal.)
