January 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Now Foods for allegedly misleadingly using You know when you buy a big bag of chips, and you’re all psyched for a feast, and then it turns out there are like, three chips in the bag? That bag is slack filled.ed packaging. According to the complaint, the containers for the NOW® Vitamin C supplement make it appear as if consumers are buying more of the supplement than they actually are. (Collazo et al v. Now Health Group, Inc. d/b/a Now Natural Foods d/b/a Now International d/b/a HealthCo d/b/a Nature’s Delivery d/b/a NHG d/b/a Now Foods, Case No. 15-cv-328 , E. D. NY.).
