Natura Interior Paints

In March 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Benjamin Moore & Co. for allegedly marketing Natura interior paints as a safe alternative to conventional paints by claiming that Natura paints produce “Zero emissions” and “Zero VOCs” (chemical substances that create unhealthy breathing environments and cause asthmatic and allergic reactions) during and after painting when, according to plaintiffs, such claims are not true. (Andry et al v. Benjamin Moore & Co. Inc., Case No. 18-cv-1923, E.D.N.Y.)
