December 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against The Mochi Ice Cream Company for allegedly misleadingly marketing that my/mo mochi vanilla ice creams are flavored with vanilla beans when, according to the complaint, the ingredients list shows that the ice creams contain unspecified “natural flavor.” In addition, plaintiffs claim that the ground vanilla beans in the ice creams do not add any flavor.
