June 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Harley-Davidson for allegedly falsely advertising the prices of new motorcycles by representing that their manufacturer suggested retail prices (MSRP) exclude various dealer preparation and setup fees when, according to plaintiffs, these fees are actually included in the MSRP.
