MonaVie Juices
In July 2017, a false advertising class-action lawsuit against MonaVie, a multi-level marketing company, was transferred from a court in California to one in Utah. The complaint, which was originally filed in November 2012 and amended in February 2013, alleges that distributors misleadingly market MonaVie açaí juices as clinically proven to fight aging and provide benefits to immune systems, hearts, and joints without having reliable clinical studies to support such claims.
