In June 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Techtronic Industries for allegedly misleadingly marketing Milwaukee Fastback “Press and Flip” Knives in states in which the knives are illegal without informing consumers in those states that they are prohibited by law from possessing and carrying the knives.
