November 2013: This action was dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled. as to the named plaintiff’s claims and When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled. as to the putative class members. The reasons for the dismissal have not been disclosed.

September 2013: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Maximum Human Performance, Inc. for allegedly falsely marketing its bodybuilding supplements. The complaint alleges that the company deceives consumers by advertising that its supplements – Dark Rage, Anadrox, and Trac-Extreme – contain certain ingredients (L-Arginine AKG, in the case of Dark Rage, and citrulline malate, in the case of Anadrox and Trac-Extreme) that they do not actually contain.
