September 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Lumondi, Inc. for allegedly misleadingly marketing Luminox watches as tough and “always visible” under any conditions when, according to the complaint, the watch face fogs making it unreadable when worn outdoors in hot and cold temperatures due to a defect. (Biddick et al v. Lumondi, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-8091, S.D.N.Y.)
