September 2019: This case was transferred from state court to federal court. (Case No. 19-cv-652, D. UT.)

August 2019: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Comcast for allegedly misleadingly representing that the monthly price of Xfinity Extreme Triple Play does not change for consumers who sign up for “lifetime” contracts for their cable, internet, and phone services when, according to plaintiffs, Comcast does increase the monthly prices on “lifetime” contracts. (Baker et al v. Comcast Corp., Case No. 190906369, Utah State Court – Salt Lake)
