In August 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against LensProToGo for allegedly falsely advertising that consumers who rent cameras and other equipment get “FREE SHIPPING” when, according to plaintiffs, consumers who have equipment shipped pay more than consumers who pick up equipment.
