August 2018: This case was dismissed When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled. because the parties reached a settlement agreement, the terms of which have not been disclosed.

April 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Krispy Kreme for allegedly misleadingly using words such as “blueberry” and “maple” in the names of doughnuts when, according to the complaint, the doughnuts do not contain these ingredients. (Agajanyan et al v. Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corp., Case No. 18-cv-2885, C. D. CA.)
