In March 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Kiss My Face for allegedly falsely marketing its 2-in-1 Deep Moisturizing Body Lotion and its Bath and Body Wash as natural when they actually contain unnatural and synthetic ingredients. (Gasser et al v. Kiss My Face, LLC, Case No. 17-cv-1675, N. D. CA.)
