May 2017: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Kiss My Face for allegedly falsely marketing skin care products – including 2-in-1 Deep Moisturizing Body Lotion and Bath and Body Wash – as natural when, according to the complaint, they contain unnatural, synthetic ingredients. The lawsuit was transferred to federal court in June 2017. (Maniaci et al v. Kiss My Face Corp. et al, Case No. 17-cv-3670, E. D. NY.)
