November 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Costco and Diamond Pet Foods for allegedly misleadingly marketing pet foods – including Kirkland Nature’s Domain Turkey Meal and Sweet Potato Formula for Dogs and Kirkland Nature’s Domain Puppy Chicken and Pea Formula – as “grain free” and containing only certain specified ingredients when, according to the complaint, the pet foods contain wheat and other unlisted ingredients.
