In September 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Kedem Food Products for allegedly misleadingly marketing that its 100% Pure Grape Juice is “Pure Grape Juice” when, according to plaintiffs, the juice contains the synthetic preservative potassium metabisulfite.
