Just Brands CBD Products
In May 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Just Brands USA alleging that products it advertises as containing CBD actually contain a fraction of the amount of CBD advertised or, in some cases, no CBD at all. (Rodriguez et al v. Just Brands USA, Inc. et al, Case No. 20-cv-4829, C.D. Cal.)
