These definitions are a joke.
In June 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against TC Heartland for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the flavoring ingredient in Java House Vanilla Cold Brew Frappe is vanilla when, according to the complaint, the ingredients list does not include a vanilla ingredient and reveals that the ice cream contains unspecified “Natural Flavor.” (Miller et al v. TC Heartland LLC, Case No. 20-cv-4182, S.D.N.Y.)
