According to the complaint, the egg rolls are sold in a non-transparent tin box with a false bottom and, as a result, the egg rolls do not fill the entire tin box. (Hu et al v. Tristar Food Wholesale Co Inc. and Kindly King Foodstuff (zhongshan) Co., Ltd., Case No. 15-cv-6954, E. D. NY.)
