That bag is slack filled.ed packaging for the Hong Kong Sovereign Emperor Luxury Egg Roll in order to make consumers think they are buying more than they actually are. According to the complaint, the egg rolls are sold in a non-transparent tin box with a false bottom and, as a result, the egg rolls do not fill the entire tin box. (Hu et al v. Tristar Food Wholesale Co Inc. and Kindly King Foodstuff (zhongshan) Co., Ltd., Case No. 15-cv-6954, E. D. NY.)
