December 2017: The parties notified the Court that the settlement agreement in the Buonasera case was granted final approval and the parties in this case anticipate requesting a dismissal.

June 2017: The parties requested a stay in this case pending final approval of a settlement agreement in Buonasera v. The Honest Company.

September 2016: A class-action lawsuit was filed The Honest Company for allegedly misleadingly labeling products – including diapers, soaps, dish soap, multi-surface cleaner, and shampoo – as natural when, according to plaintiffs, they contain non-natural ingredients. (Hiddlestone et al v. The Honest Company, Inc., Case No. 16-cv-7054, C.D. Cal.)
