Great Value Graham Crackers

In January 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Walmart for allegedly misleadingly representing that the main ingredient in Great Value Graham Crackers is graham flour (a coarse, whole grain flour) when, according to plaintiffs, the ingredients list indicates that the main ingredient in the crackers is a more refined, white flour. Plaintiffs also claim that the company misleadingly markets that the cinnamon graham crackers are “made with real cinnamon” without adequately disclosing that the crackers also contain cinnamon flavor. (Brown et al v. Walmart Inc., Case No. 19-cv-569, E. D. NY.)
