July 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Walmart for allegedly misleadingly labeling products. Specifically, the complaint alleges that Walmart labels the Great Value brand Cranberry-Pomegranate Juice as “100% Juice Cranberry Pomegranate” when the juice is actually primarily composed of apple juice and grape juice. (Reynolds et. al v. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Case No. 14-cv-00381, N.D. FL.).
