November 2015: The named plaintiff voluntarily dismissed this action When a complaint is dismissed without prejudice, an amended version of the complaint can be refiled.. The reasons for the dismissal have not been disclosed.
October 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Gobble, Inc. for, among other things, allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of its automatic renewal offers and continuous service offers for its dinner kit subscriptions and, as a result, charges consumers without their consent. (Julius et al v Gobble, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-2463, S. D. CA.)
