A class-action lawsuit was filed against Fry’s Electronics and Nuance Communications for allegedly falsely advertising that the Dragon Naturally Speaking software can recognize speech with 99% accuracy. The lawsuit was originally filed in state court in August 2012 and transferred to federal court in October 2012. (Michael Nathan v. Frys Electronics, Inc., et al., Case No. 12-cv-08677)
