December 2016: This action was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled. because the parties resolved the matter. More information about the reasons for the dismissal were not disclosed.
June 2014: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Fage Dairy Processing for allegedly intentionally misrepresenting to consumers that the Fage Greek yogurt products are healthier than they actually are. Specifically, plaintiffs claim that Fage misleads consumers by prominently displaying “Total 0%” on the yogurt’s packaging without indicating what the “0%” represents and without adequately disclosing how “unhealthy and full of sugar the Products are.” (Stoltz et al v. Fage Dairy Processing, S.A., Fage USA Dairy Industry, Inc., and Fage USA Holdings, Inc., Case No. 14-cv-03826, E.D.N.Y.).
