When Food Delivery Comes with a Side of Junk Fees

In June 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Ecodesignz for allegedly falsely advertising clothing as being made with bamboo when, according to the complaint, the products are made with rayon and contain no bamboo at all. In addition, the complaint alleges that the company fails to disclose that products are manufactured in China. (Cordoba et al v. Ecodesignz LLC, Case No. 17-cv-4266, C. D. CA.)
