May 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Earthwhile Endeavors for allegedly falsely marketing Earthbath pet products – including shampoos, conditioners, wipes, grooming foams, and spritz products – as natural when, according to plaintiffs, the products contain synthetic and artificial ingredients. (Do et al v. Earthwhile Endeavors, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-3480, N.D. Cal.)
