In April 2016, a class-action lawsuit was filed against DoorDash (a company that delivers food from restaurants to consumers who place orders through its app and website) for allegedly overcharging consumers by charging an undisclosed mark-up of the restaurant food it delivers, in addition to a delivery fee.
