October 2020: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Terry Naturally for allegedly falsely advertising that Curamin products – including Extra Strength, Headache Relief, Pain Relief, Stop Pain Now, and Nighttime Pain – relieve pain when, according to plaintiffs, there is no scientific evidence showing that curamin relieves pain.
