In November 2018, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Woodbolt Nutrition for allegedly deceptively using You know when you buy a big bag of chips, and you’re all psyched for a feast, and then it turns out there are like, three chips in the bag? That bag is slack filled.ed packaging for Cellucor C4 Pre-Workout powders. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the 30-serving container has 66.6% empty space and the 60-serving container has approximately 45% empty space. (Kinder et al v. Woodbolt Distribution, LLC, Case No. 18-cv-2713, S. D. CA.)
