In September 2020, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Nestlé for allegedly misleadingly marketing that the flavoring ingredient in Coffee Mate Natural Bliss Almond Milk Creamer is vanilla when, according to the plaintiffs, the ingredients list includes unspecified “Natural Flavor” instead of a vanilla ingredient. (Green et al v. Nestlé Holdings, Inc., Case No. 20-cv-7499, S.D.N.Y.)
