Coca-Cola’s Soft Drink Labels
2015: An Amended Consolidated Complaint making similar allegations (i.e., the company deceptively markets drinks as natural when they contain artificial flavoring and chemical preservatives) was filed.
2014: Multiple lawsuits have been filed against Coca-Cola claiming, among other things, that the company mislabeled Coca-Cola soft drinks because the labels list phosphoric acid as an ingredient without properly identifying it as an artificial flavor and chemical preservative, as required by both state and federal law.
