In September 2019, a class-action lawsuit was filed against FCA US, LLC for allegedly misleadingly representing that Chrysler’s infotainment system Uconnect “is always evolving to help meet your safety, security, information and lifestyle needs” when, according to plaintiffs, many of the infotainment system’s functions frequently malfunction due to a defect causing drivers to lose access to safety features.
