June 2018: A false advertising class-action lawsuit was filed against Charter Communications and Spectrum Management. Specifically, the complaint alleges that the companies misleadingly promise residential internet speeds that it cannot reliably provide. Plaintiffs also claim that the companies falsely represent that consumers would not be bound by contract terms. (Jimenez et al v.
