Another class-action lawsuit was filed against Charlotte School of Law for allegedly misrepresenting that the school was accredited by the American Bar Association (ABA) when, according to the complaint, the school was notified in 2015 that it was not in compliance with ABA requirements. The lawsuit was originally filed in December 2016. (Krebs et al v. Charlotte School of Law, LLC et al, Case No. 17-cv-190, W. D. NC.)
