June 2015: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Kraft Foods for allegedly misrepresenting that certain flavors of Capri Sun 100% Juice beverages – including the apple, berry, fruit punch, and grape flavors – are “All Natural” when they actually contain unnatural, synthetic, artificial, and genetically modified ingredients, including citric acid and “Natural Flavor.” (Osborne et al v. Kraft Foods Group, Inc., Case No. 15-cv-2653, N. D. CA.)
