California Baby Product Line
In December 2017, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Ralph, Paco & Roberto, Inc. and California Baby + Kids for allegedly falsely advertising that products in the California Baby line – including Calming Bubble Bath, Super Sensitive Shampoo & Body Wash, and Overtired & Cranky Everywhere Spritzer – are natural when, according to the complaint, they contain synthetic ingredients. (Suarez et al v. Ralph, Paco & Roberto, Inc. and Honky Tots, Inc. d/b/a California Baby + Kids, Case No. 17-cv-9847, S.D.N.Y.)
