May 2018: This case was voluntarily dismissed When a complaint is dismissed with prejudice, it cannot be refiled. for undisclosed reasons.
March 2018: A class-action lawsuit was filed against Bump Boxes, Inc. – a company that offers subscriptions for monthly pregnancy gifts – for allegedly failing to adequately disclose the terms of its automatic renewal and continuous service offers and, as a result, charging consumers without their consent. (Lira et al v. Bump Boxes, Inc., Case No. 18-cv-422, C.D. Cal.)
