Bridal Warehouse Wedding Gowns

In January 2014, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Bridal Warehouse for, among other things, allegedly misrepresenting its wedding gowns as new. The named plaintiff claims that she special ordered a new dress and paid a premium to have it shipped directly from the manufacturer when, in reality, she received a dress that had been used in another Bridal Warehouse showroom. (Witak v. Bridal Warehouse Inc., Jefferson Circuit Court in Louisville, Kentucky).
