In September 2014, a class-action lawsuit was filed against Vitamin Shoppe for allegedly misleadingly advertising dietary supplements, including BodyTech Whey Tech Pro 24, BodyTech 100% Casein, and Bodytech Primal Pro. (Segovia et al v. Vitamin Shoppe, Inc., Case No. 14-cv-07061, S. D. NY.).
